Pros
-people are great to work with/ like a big family basically - very flexible -the managers I worked under were great
Cons
-Pay isnt great ive been there for a year and a half now when I started I was making 10 an hour and now I'm making 12. - (pay isn't fair) they want to hire new lunch shift workers at 14$ an hour but won't pay closing staff 14$ an hour who have been there for a while and possibly have more experience, you can see where this is going to go right they are going to get tons of brand new lunch shift workers and pay them 14$ an hour but then all the closers or evening shift workers who have been there longer are going to go elsewhere cause the pay isn't fair. pretty soon they are not going to have any evening shifts/closers and just have lunch shift workers.
