Since your review, we have made a lot of changes to our company model and no longer provide Cloud services which is the area you worked in.       Pros

      I've been working at RunTech for less than a year and it has been a great experience so far! I was hired during COVID-19 so my role has been primarily remote but the team have made a huge effort in making me feel included and supported since the beginning. The management team really care about personal development and have already funded marketing courses for me to attend.

      I don't really have any concerns to be honest!

      I honestly can't think of any except for that you get paid on time

      Cons

      Office location is horrible. Feels like a prison. Most staff want to leave. New VP is arrogant and ignorant of how to run a business and treat staff. Horrible service to customers. No clarity on business direction. Most of the senior management is useless
