Pros
Good pay for those that survive layoffs
Cons
This place is the epitome of what is wrong with politics. Lazy, top-heavy leadership making a combined total of $750k a year while laying off their underpaid unionized staff. Great mission, and I wish they were capable of learning from their mistakes so that they could better support young candidates running for state and local office. But run for something is just an ego-project for the executive team.
