      Pros

      Colleagues are very talented and nice people to work with at the firmwide level. Senior management are generally supportive and try to do the right things for the business. Flexible working environment and good compensation.

      Cons

      Not a real con for me as I used to it in my career, but this depends on your own preference. Constant priority and backlog adjustments due to high business demand and deadline expectations from different departments at the time of organizational changes. But if you like fast paced working environment and exposure to wide range of financial products, you will enjoy the challenges.

As with all organisations, there is a constant need to adapt and flex to meet business needs as the firm evolves but we aim to have clear objectives and priorities at both the organisational and individual level to support this.

      Pros

      Great place to grow, with plenty of opportunities to contribute to meaningful work and make a visible impact. The business is open to new ideas, and there is a genuine focus on improving how things are done across the firm. I’ve particularly valued the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and contribute to exciting initiatives.

      Cons

      At times, internal processes and coordination can slow things down, especially when priorities are shifting. Overall, it is a rewarding place to work, with talented colleagues, interesting challenges, and good scope for development.
