Literally. None. Whatsoever. This is the worst company to work for.

Let's see where do I start. -environment : stuck up, low quality everything which is supposed to be 'luxury' -marketing : one person is supposed to lease, rent, advertise, do walk throughs, help maintenance, handle vendors, deal with residents and snobby upper management. -leadership : did I mention the snobby upper management?! All they do is drive around to all their properties and complain about mistakes. You will absolutely never hear anything positive. -upper management : again, snobby brats. Even the residents know this. They promoted an employee to some made up position in corporate so he stomps around with a power trip acting important and he's HALF MY AGE! What a joke. -staff : one person is expected to juggle all these issues. The maintenance staff has zero training and zero experience and have no idea how to manage their time. They hire people with zero experience and make other people deal with it. -residents : always upset and complaining about decisions that upper management makes, yet when they contact them -they never hear back which makes them come into the office AGAIN even more upset. -production : nothing gets done. Nothing at all. -development : its embarrassing to tell prospective residents that these are 'luxury' units. Or expecting to sell a 2 bedroom unit for over $1000 when you know it's only worth about $750. Unbelievably cheap construction and products.

There aren't any pros to working with Rudeen.

Cons

Middle management is horrible and makes the work structure too top heavy. Marcus (Maintenance Manager) never shows up, doesn't answer his phone, and keeps you from completing tasks by not giving you purchase orders to keep on track for strenuous goals. The middle management routinely steals the bonuses from employees and strives to keep dishonest and poor workers on hand. They cannot keep employees because they pay so poorly. I was eventually placed in a position that Marcus had worked in with a three man team. One person was expected to work three times harder for these greedy jerks.
