Staff shortage means you can get promoted easily if more headaches is what you're looking for

Where do I start? They will fire you if you have mental health issues and need a day off (despite giving ample time and a doctor's note). No organisation. Poor communication. Owner does not take on any suggestions, even if they would obviously benefit the company. Highly surprised it's still standing.
