      Pros

      As your first job it is perfect, great colleagues and not much workload.

      Cons

      It doesn't have any possibilities of climbing up the ladder and there are some problems with contracts because they are from Norway and the office is in Cluj-Napoca.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment. Terrific product and happy customers. Very solid sales processes and training. Opportunities to make a lot of money through uncapped commissions, stock grants, and ESPP.

      Cons

      Lots of work and competing priorities between training, partner and marketing events, customer issues, on top of actually doing your day job. Expected to learn fast and keep up. New leadership holds people accountable for things like weekly PG plans and pipeline targets which can be a culture shock for some. Definitely high stress at times.
