Pros
The management and those you work with on a daily basis are friendly with a relaxed work environment making focus easier and work overall an enjoyable experience. There are lots of opportunities to learn with the freedom to do pretty much anything if you can make a solid reason as to how it benefits the company. Weekly meetings help with this as you get feedback on your week's work as well as the ability to make suggestions if you find areas that could use improvement. The office location is near a Co-Op, Fish * Chips, Subway, and more. This is great as it provides a wide range of choices for lunch with a small kitchen in the office if you want to heat up some food or make yourself a cup of tea. There is also a tuck shop if you want a snack or something to eat that is overall great but could use some lunch options.
Cons
Sometimes the roadmaps set out can seem a little unrealistic with a very vague idea of when projects are actually completely creating a feeling of a never-ending cycle. This comes and goes and is often addressed in the weekly meetings. You have to be a fairly independent worker as the company isn't big enough for someone to be able to constantly help you or others. This isn't something I'd blame on the company as I'd expect people to work independently but it's something to keep in mind.
