Good place to work most of the time

Management upfront is absolutely terrible

Decent pay. Co-workers are awesome and helpful.

Huntsman runs this operation and they are either trying to prepare us to be sold or they are running it into the ground. Favoritism is terrible. Expect you to work overtime but not put it on your time sheet. Make terrible decisions. Sacrifices service to customers in order to save money. Don’t dare voice an opinion, it willnot be taken or listened to. Forget calling IT. It’s as useless as a box of rocks.
