Not really many pros to working for this company.
Cons
This company takes advantage of you as a person. They force you to work horrible hours. They have no benefits for the betterment of your future as an employee. The only benefits that were provided day 1 was healthcare. They just barely rolled out a “401k” however they don’t offer an employer match. If a mistake is made at work they will “deduct your pay” so that way the company doesn’t have to cover the cost of whatever got broken, ruined, etc. The upper management in this company is ridiculous and all they care about is lining their pockets. They have a hard time wanting to make employees happy, meanwhile the upper management drive exotic cars and proceed to say they don’t have money to pay employees. Benefits this company does not offer: - PTO - 401k - holiday pay - good pay - no raises If I could give this company negative stars I would but that is not an option
