I miss my corporate feeling

The employees are all very young, creative and driven. There is a lot of scope of learning since they are highly unorganized and everyone has to do everything. They have good projects.

They are unorganized and don't even want to organize themselves. There are some people who are there only because of influence and they keep demeaning other people there. They don't increase salaries. There are no bonuses, incentives or anything to encourage employees. Salaries come very very late (sometimes 25-27th of next month). The pressure is very high and nobody knows what actually is supposed to be done since there are no proper roles and responsibilities. Unnecessary blame games and discouraging behaviour.
