Growing pains especially with being acquired.

People here are friendly and cool. The team is small so there is a chance to make a big impact here as they are open to suggestions and give a lot of freedom as to what you work on. They are very flexible and put a lot of empanadas in work life balance. Every year there is a bonus of 10% your salary.

Company is not very structured and there is not a clear sense of who is responsible for what. Leadership team is not clear. Releases are not thought out that much and there is usually a scrabble to finish tasks, followed by many hot fixes to production. Feedback is not regularly given. No one on one meetings with management. Career growth or opportunity for advancement is not focused on here. A large portion of their customers are using a code base written in VB and web forms. Some customers code bases are not even under version control.
