Lovely colleagues at junior and mid-level employment

Senior Management is very toxic and they don't llisten to staff concerns. Many excellent staff have come and gone in a short period of time because they couldn't get anything done - it was always held up by or blocked by senior management. Their behaviour is close to bullying and morale at the School was extremely low when I left.
