Today marks my 90-days that I've been with Royal Custom Designs. So far, it's been a great experience. I came in this company and they immediately sought my expertise and they commended me for all of my work. It's family owned and you can tell that everyone gets along with the team. They sometimes have appreciation lunches to acknowledge the team, every month. On top of that, everyone in the office is on their A-game so it keeps the flow of the business. I can foresee a future with this company if I'm able to grow with it.
