Pros

You'll test your opinion for hard work. You'll meet people from many (50+) different countries.

Cons

*Big difference between the standards, that you be trained (if you have on land training) and the workplace reality. *Lack of equipment(huge problem)! You'll be forced to sneak and "steal" your basic equipment like cups, glasses, water jugs, bread tongs and others...from your colleagues (and later on your Friends)! If you can live with this atmosphere you`ll probably survive, but still you'll be stress out during your whole contract (6 to8 months). **The payment is not that good, especially in the ships traveling in the states. 1100-1700$ per 1 month- 12 to 14h per day- 7 days in the week(no day off). It makes about 370h per months- about 4$-4.60$ per hour. This are the money with the tips! In fakt ta salary RC pays is 50$ per month.

Pros

The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

Cons

Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
