They were never late to pay my check. Probably because they were scared I’d say how terrible it is there if they didn’t. After that, it’s all trash.
Cons
First of all, management is too busy two timing with other companies like Suja and Rind to do anything but give unattainable expectations and then yell, and place blame, and tell us that ‘the metrics are fine’ and ‘stop complaining’. They even had us doing tasks for those other companies while we were on company training time. I’ve never seen something so unprofessional. Speaking of training I never received any. Even after flying across the country, we were excepted to “create our own training” which turned out to be guessing what we were supposed fo be learning, while our “manager” texted and took calls for the other company. He was incredibly rude and abrasive, and questions made him so irritated. Management expected you to read their minds and produce exactly what they thought in their minds but didn’t communicate to you, and if you thought of something different they treated you like you were a moron. Completely unprofessional. In fact, appalling. For people who love to tell you about how much Experience they have doing their jobs, they’re completely inept at leading a team to success. They’re complete fail with communication in any form, but if you do end up with Rowdy, blind copy yourself on every conversation and cover yourself. This group of managers is completely incapable of motivating a team to success. Management style overall is abusive. They give you metrics that are not attainable in a 40 hour work week, but they won’t pay overtime, because they “never asked you to” - but they will make sure to punish you if you don’t do the overtime to achieve the metrics. …When I say “management” I mean the group of people who I reported to, because they managed nothing but awful work practices, supported nasty behavior and hosted a toxic work environment. As far as policy, they fired everyone unvaccinated. Oh but they won’t adhere to masking mandates in Covid sensitive areas. They couldn’t provide one copy of employment paperwork upon request, and they believe in cornering employees into forced agreements off the record. Really, this company has sleezeballs and big corp company rejects, who are so butthurt about whatever it is, they create toxic environments everywhere they go. The “celebrity” behind Rowdy is notoriously rude, and a jerk - the fans literally “Boo” him at events. There’s nothing good about working for this company. I wish I could give 0/5 stars, and get the life I gave to this job back.
