      -Young people -Laid back culture -Gain experience quickly

      Cons

      -Overtime (months of 10-12 hour days in the office to meet deadline) -Extended travel -Can be asked to drop everything and move onsite with little notice -Not much respect for personal time -PMs will bid on any project so work can be menial/not really engineering work
