Pros
It's such a pleasure to come to "work" every day and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in Vancouver. Everyone on the Routific team is so passionate and so damn good at what they do. Most days, it really doesn't feel like work at all but like a group of diverse friends coming together to create and build and reach common goals. I worked for many years in a corporate environment where I could never be 100% comfortable in my own skin. Working at Routific has been a very fresh and very exciting opportunity. Routific has given me the chance to grow personally and professionally, to learn new things each and every day, to push my boundaries and to truly be myself. I feel blessed to work with a tight-knit, high-achieving team!

Routific works at such a fast pace that it can sometimes be overwhelming. Not for the faint of heart!
