Happy I'm here - Registered Nurse Case Manager Routes Healthcare Employee Review

When you spend the majority of your week working you need to be happy and comfortable; I have been with Routes nearly a year and it feels like I have been here a lot longer - time has flown by with no problems or upset. I enjoy coming to work as my team have become like family and other teams have become close friends, There is always a happy environment within Rhouse and support ranging from other team members/managers through to our mental health first aider who always answers regardless of how busy she may be. We have a vast range of apprenticeship programmes alongside our employed job of which I am currently undertaking; being given the option to work towards a national diploma whilst bringing in an income is a great opportunity!.

A role and company that has truly reminded me why we work in Healthcare. Throughout our huge teams, every person and role makes a difference. Every person has a voice. The company is incredibly professional and gives opportunity to everyone. Investment at all levels ensuring our teams are high performing, happy and want to be at work.
