I've been with Route4Me for a long time - it's a hi-tech last-mile optimization software company. Route4Me helps small businesses and enterprises to optimize delivery and service routes, save time on planning and driving routes, make more deliveries with fewer vehicles, cut CO2 emissions, and much more. I manage Route4Me's Knowledge Base (Support Portal), where users can learn how to use the software. I work closely with other teams - management, development, marketing, etc. Team members are always helpful, responsive, inclusive, and motivating. Since my start with Route4Me, I've gained tons of professional experience and learned a lot about multiple related fields, like software development, product marketing, project management, and more. The work is remote/online, flexible, with reasonable deadlines, challenging and exciting tasks, and fair compensation. Route4Me is a global team of high-level professionals from all over the world. The company culture and values are centered around customers, service, team growth, and company expansion. I also love that Route4Me takes care of their people. When COVID started, Route4Me didn't lay off its people and even continuously donated and contributed to public health and communities in need. I am proud to work at Route4Me because my work is valued, and I can see how it helps customers to get the most out of their Route4Me solutions. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend.
