      Company going out of business Very high school, if you aren't in the click, you'll get laid off One person on sales is teacher's pet and she's always protected, handed money

      Pros

      The mission! The leadership is connected, transparent, communicative, and present. The teams are well-divided but cohesive & collaborative. The benefits are good, especially the short Fridays! I could keep on going - great organization.

      Cons

      Compensation was a little lower than industry norms. And layoffs got a little scary but this was my first time experiencing layoffs since 2008.

      Pros

      The pay was great. Good benefits. Lots of flexibility as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Tons of rounds of layoffs. They also sold themselves as a company with amazing company culture but I realized pretty quickly that that was false.
