      The customers and crew I met.

      People on leave don’t get to have the leave they requested because the higher up management won’t help the restaurant if someone calls in forcing people on leave to come in and help

      Tips can be good, good manager

      Cons

      You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
