      Professional, respected, encourages training, friendly people, excellent crew. Old school values. Commitment to quality. Very proactive HR department. 50 year old company.

      Cons

      No leadership from the top. Company is floundering grasping at straws. Needs new marketing department. No one willing to question why we are still doing things the same way when they aren't working.

      Pay could have been better, wrong concept for Roseburg (Clubhouse) menu was too diversified, should have kept it simple. Parent company was not committed to the people who worked for them.
