Pros
Senior management who really care. They are working to make all of the restaurants a better place to work. They have a TRUE 100% open door policy.. It is a growing franchise with equal opportunity for all!
Cons
Sometimes long hours on your feet. Sometimes management gets to overwhelmed. Sometimes the drama among team members is over the top. I guess typical of restaurants.
