Pros
While it is a completely remote workplace, I don't even think of myself as working remotely. Everyone on the team has an "open door" and is available to help/answer questions, brainstorm, or just chat! The people here are knowledgeable and so helpful when you are learning the ropes. The work we do is meaningful - our clients are using our products to do amazing things with their volunteers. It's such a joy to work here!
Cons
As a former client of Rotunda's, I was super excited when the opportunity to join the team came up. It's a small team, and they are very diligent in making sure not only that someone will be a good addition to the company, but that the candidate will enjoy being on the team and the work involved. This makes the interview process fairly long. It was well worth the wait!
