Pros
Rothman cares about its people. Its feels like I am with friends and family all day. Being 100% commission based, company is very fair, accurate and timely with paychecks. You have to be able to sell and enjoy competetition. Company provides a lot of training. They take very good care of customers after the sale.
Cons
Be ready to work weekends, evenings and holidays and some days 9 AM TO9 PM and other days only 5 hours. Only 40 hours a week mowst of the time.
