Pros
This company does a lot to make our culture great. In my branch, we have just that. We are like a family; we work hard, we play hard, and we try to do the best we can for our clients and candidates. Some pros: 9/80 schedules (every other Friday off), quarterly volunteer work during office hours, work/life balance (no overtime), non micromanagement, focus on "making life better for the people we serve", privately -owned. I love the lightening fast pace that keeps you on your toes and makes the workday fly.
Cons
I think the cons are more areas for improvement that I feel confident the company is or will address. I have used SalesForce for a decade in other companies and recently Roth moved to that CRM. While hiccups are expected and there was great diligence attempted, I think it has not been a very efficient transition. SalesForce will need a lot of tweaks to be an efficient and effective tool and I do hope these will come soon. Everything takes more time now and it really shouldn't. Beyond Salesforce, I think there needs to be more in person training provided by sales leadership to help us grow. The webinars we attend are okay but there needs to be more in person support.
