Pros

Provide full uniforms, nice Vans, plenty of work to keep you busy

Cons

-nexstar sales training, which isn't bad in of itself, but they're so religiously committed to it that you can't ever disagree with them. If it's nexstar then to them, it's right. -dishonest and pushy sales tactics. Everything is about making and charging as much as you can and pushing customer's into making decisions on the spot so that they don't have time to think or get other bids. -chaotic management structure. They reward and promote loyalty over skill and experience so managers and supervisors don't necessarily possess the skills to be effective. Managers are incentivised with revenue based bonuses and are always pushing employees to charge customers more. -chaotic scheduling. They're constantly shifting jobs around to suit their revenue needs with little regard for customer commitments. This creates massive confusion for the employees trying to get the work done and angry customers. Plus, they push willing people into working late and on their days off, running them into the ground. They reward that kind of loyalty over skill and experience because it brings in more money. -no matter what they tell you, Roth is always an HVAC shop first. -management lacks humility and is not open to ideas or suggestions, especially when it suggests that they might be wrong.
