Pros would have been full time work with dental etc if they can keep new people

Cons . Promises they can't keep if your looking for a job that has favoritism, mentally damaged workers that's your place and if the employees don't like you they will let you no about it , tell the boss fire before 90 days so you are not a problem for them ...if you don't kiss the employees B .....then forget about the boss liking you I could keep going on but let's say 2 days was enough toxic environment for me so I'm glad goodbye

Ross will hire you for a specific position and outline your job duties before you commence employment. However, the rules and duties will change by the time you start your position. The job you have will not be the position you agreed to accept. Micromanagement is extreme and out of control. The female owner cannot leave employees alone to do their job and continually plays employees against each other. Office does not have adequate heat in the winter and Ross Towing will just about have a stroke if an employee asks them to supply a coffee maker. Toxic and abusive work environment.
