Pros
Beautiful environment, mostly friendly atmosphere,
Cons
Commission only compensation coupled with ludicrous demands on YOUR time and YOUR resources. It is fundamentally a carrot sticking scam to get you to work for free, with the promise of a lucrative commission just ahead. You will be pressured to attend "events" such as "tent duty", i.e. locating graves for visitors on weekend and hoilidays, attend street fairs, "door knocking" (going door to door), "park canvassing" (approaching park visitors or "cold calling"), "phone night" (dialing for dollars) and attend trite "sales rallies" weekly, all without compensation. You will be asked to prostrate yourself. You will not be reimbursed for any expenses. You will be pressured to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in extreme weather conditions without regard to age or physical condition. Your "paid training" is 2 weeks of minimun wages and doughnuts. You would be far better off selling shoes in an air conditioned mall.
