Nice area with lots of restaurants and bars around. Always busy and always full. Food prices are high so money is good for servers. Owner and management is very friendly.
Cons
Outdoor restaurant so weather becomes a factor. Rainy days cut number of customers in half. Fortunately it doesn't rain and weather is hardly a problem in Los Angeles.
