Poeple are great and very kind. There are a lot of different projects to work on. Relaxed work environment and good life-work balance. You can grow a lot here both technically and in soft skills if you are proactive enough. Salary is great for latam.
Cons
Not great compensations, lack of performance bonuses. Review processes for salary updates are often delayed.
