Pros
When I first started at Roofr I thought it was too good to be true... There's no way a company actually treats their people this well. But after being here for almost a year, I can confidently say they really do mean what they say. Yes we are all working hard. yes we are all busy. Yes there are days when it's exhausting (because that's work). But there is also a deep understanding of work/life balance. There are so many times I've been told to log out so that I can focus on my personal life or just take a much needed rest. I honestly love it here.
From a company perspective- I'm always amazed at how quickly they are advancing and changing their product, all for the better. The product continues to get better and better every day. It is easy to sell and rally behind because I can confidently say it works and will positively impact businesses.
