Pros

- Pay and perks are great. - Pet friendly

Cons

Personal opinions: - I think there’s a noticeable lack of strong leadership across the board. Management often avoids stepping in to address problems. - The culture is toxic and negatively competitive imo. - Product quality often takes a backseat to speed. Poor quality and strategy are masked as speed (but nothing actually moves fast). - Work-life balance is often nonexistent While a lot of startups have their issues, this place has been the most chaotic and incompetent one I’ve experienced.
