Pros
I've worked for Romp n' Roll for many years, and the joy of seeing families I've met return over the years, with their 2nd or 3rd child, is truly heart warming. It's a job that feels good, and everyone truly loves working at Romp n' Roll. The corporate team is very mom and pop, and are willing to work with their franchisees to ensure their success.
Cons
Romp n' Roll is a small business, and you definitely want to make sure ownership will allow you ways to move up, and progress in the business. Whether it be annual raises, or sales incentives... It's very easy to fall into that repetitive feeling teaching classes can bring. It's important for ownership to ensure an environment that allows others an opportunity to grow within the business, and benefit in other ways since a 401K and healthcare plan is typically not provided to staff.
