Pros
The training and opportunities on offer are amazing. When they say they invest in people they truely mean it. The benefits package is great when you consider the whole package and not just salary. Some of the people are great to work with and make the time to support you and help you develop.
Cons
The size of the company and the amount of policy material can make it difficult and frustrating for newcomers to find information and do simple tasks.
