Pros

Great people that created a good place to work. You can have firm boundaries, there are all types of people here finding success in their own way. If you are reliable in whatever way works for you and your team, there's enough work for you here. All ideas are good ideas and everyone has time for you. I was exhausted after three years but I learned a lot and now work for myself, thanks in part to a lot of what I learned here.

Cons

The content of the phone calls was stressful for me.

Pros

Rollover Rep is a high standard organization. They don't just "answer phones", they provide a vital service for behavioral health and treatment centers. The training is solid, the team is supportive, and leadership is approachable.

Cons

The work can be emotionally heavy at times, so you need to have a strong sense of empathy and resilience.

Pros

Remote work is a pro in itself! For an ever-growing company, it’s been a wonderful place to grow and learn so many things along the way. I love how impactful yet entry-level the calls can be. It helps the day flow smoothly while still allowing you to feel like you’re truly making a difference. The training material is endless (in the best way), making this a great company to establish yourself while building new skills and gaining valuable experience. The benefits are also very generous, which isn’t always the case with remote companies. Rollover Rep has figured this out and makes an effort to take care of each and every employee in meaningful ways.

Cons

I wish I could be closer to my coworkers; remote work can be a challenge.
