      Pros

      Really good benefits, 4 weeks vacation after 1 year, many volunteer opportunities, 4O1k, holidays, and personal days. It is a sharing profit company and you get a 13k watch after 10 years of working. Nice and clean environment

      Cons

      Checks aren't heavy. The basic salary isn't that good.

      Pros

      The people are amazing. They will teach you everything you need to know. Everyone takes pride in their work. True collaboration. People stay until retirement.

      Cons

      The customers can be hard to deal with. After a while of being on the phones, you are drained. Unless someone passes away, there is very little room to move up.
