Pros

Dry fruits for diwali bonus in a rich looking decorated box. Free unlimited drinks on company dinners. (Big one for boozers 😉) Secret Santa on every Christmas Free evening snacks

Cons

Trivial things like 1) You will be expected to work in odd shifts without any additional allowance. 2) Working on holidays will be normalised. 3) If at all your job involves closely working with European team-mates, not replying to a teams text immediately will be interpreted as being rude. According to them, the world starts with European employees and ends with them. They might be doing the same, monotonous job since many years without any #real contribution, they will be praised and promoted, could be because they are somehow related to someone sitting on the top or just friends with them because of all the years spent working together. If you are an Indian employee, rules are totally different, do not fall for the work life balance thing that they casually throw around since the company being founded in Europe, it doesn't apply to any Indian employee. Bring experience, bring hard work, work at 2 in the morning, master dozens of things in a year and most importantly never complain about anything to anyone. If you don't, your entitled team leaders will discuss your performance over a false email chain as a strategic attempt to throw you out. 4) If you are someone not worked with SAP before, then refrain from joining as Experience with SAP is hallmark of acceptance in this place. If you don't have that and joined by mistake, run before you end up wasting your time and energy. 5) If you complain about anything, you will be manipulated badly by the self absorbed and entitled team leaders.
