Small but passionate and incredibly capable and tightly knit team. Ex-Lionhead management, which is great as loads of experience and ambition. Senior team also extremely friendly, veterans of the industry and eager to share their expertise. Great hiring practices means even the juniors that come through the doors are highly skilled, passionate and independent. Currently fully remote so they give employees a lot of self accountability and autonomy. They were nominated for Best Small Studio at Develop 2024.

The pros can also often be the cons. High ambition can often lead to scope creep. Fully remote impacts team cohesion to a degree.

Fantastic team. Really friendly and welcoming. I feel really cared for at this company, something you hear horror stories at other studios.

Working remotely makes it hard to collab on day to day work.
