      Pros

      The best idea always wins. No matter who it comes from. I get coaching and feedback about my work, and myself as a person. People care about me Results are the only thing that matters... So when I bring them, I get to take on more responsibility.

      Pros

      Fantastic office culture (office dog!). Really smart coworkers, both technical and non-technical. Really exciting projects and company trajectory.

      Cons

      Long hours for sure but it's definitely an ownership driven work culture rather than leadership demanding / expecting long hours.
