Allocations and staff discounts, though even that feels underwhelming when you realise how cheaply the products are actually made!
Cons
I worked for Rodial and honestly it was one of the most frustrating experiences. There’s a lot of talk about being a “family” and empowerment but behind the scenes it’s the opposite! There’s clear favouritism and unless you’re part of the inner circle, your hard work doesn’t get noticed. Head office shows zero respect or understanding of what the sales team actually goes through.
