I have worked for some toxic managers and brands over the last 15 years and this is not one of them! SO thankful and love my job!
Cons
-Uniform is only two button down shirts every 6 months. - Discount is only 50% off which considering the lack of uniform allowance makes it difficult to wear the clothing no matter your gender. - Short staffing makes taking any sick leave when needed a little difficult. -30min lunch breaks can sometimes feel like not enough on really busy trade days. - No health plans or sick pay (only SSP)
