Pros
The company takes interest in inclusion and diversity and has a company initiative to make all feel welcomed. The inclusion and diversity initiative touches more than just race, but all aspects of life from a persons background growing up, to a persons personal choices on how they live their personal life.
Cons
It seems that the company does not want to push for younger emoloyees to work outside of their home countries for at least 10 years. I think this has them run the risk of loosing great talent.
