Rockwell Automation is a great place to work. Lots of opportunities and a completely new updated Recruiting/Talent Acquisition/Talent Advisor model over past couple years has been implemented and is up and running throughout Rockwell. Full life cycle recruiting at its best! Lots of ownership of process and recruiting efforts. HUGE opportunity to connect to specific business units, hiring managers and HR to establish relationships assuring right hire are happening from the start. Rockwell is hiring top talent so its an exciting place to work. New partnerships, new products and connected enterprise mean hot roles to fill which is what we as recruiters love to work on. Rockwell TA team is top notch and no longer only in MKE but rather hiring best available talent for the market. Remote roles made this possible.
Cons
Newer staff but this is due to probably doubling the recruiting staff for North America. This is not necessarily a con see it as an opporutinty to be on the ground level of making things happen in talent acquisition.
