Pros
Don't have to think much. not a lot of progress at the company. Same old, same old...If you are not in upper management, then you probably have an easy time getting out by 3:30pm, because it does not appear that lower level people are expected to do that much, or held to a high standard.
Cons
Poor management, lack of financial measurement and discipline in the system. Run by old boys club that is neither that talented, or connected with each other
