      Really nice place to work. Good and supportive people around. All professionals.

      Bureaucracy. Too many managers. Lack of innovations. Slow project implementation.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
