      Friendly culture, good flexibility of role and time with openness to creativity and updates to processes

      Cons

      Lots of change in management, systems, products. Some systems are outdated or highly matrixed. Not a lot of clarity over skill development or career paths, despite a positive general attitude and willingness to offer encouragement, but still no concrete steps or resources.
