      Very strong sense of partnership. Management is very supportive and makes you feel welcomed from day 1. Lots of pathways to learn and grow internally. Competitive salary

      Might require more hours to finish your working day Requires to travel up to 50% of the time Flexibility needed as you will deal with clients across different time zones

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
