      Steady pay for steady work. Plenty of

      Poor efforts for employee retention. Don't expect to see a pay increase keeping pace with inflation, if any increase at all, after a month. Our pay increases were delayed six months, and then delayed again.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
